Senior Analytical Chemist
Location: Valparaiso, IN

Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry (Ph.D. preferred).
Position Summary: responsible for leading the development, validation, and execution of analytical methods used to characterize raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Strong expertise with IC, PSA, ICP-OES, XRD instrumentation. This role ensures the accuracy, precision, and reliability of laboratory data while maintaining compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Senior Analytical Chemist provides technical leadership in troubleshooting complex analytical challenges, interpreting data, and supporting research, product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance initiatives. Additionally, this position mentors junior laboratory personnel, drives continuous process improvements, maintains advanced analytical instrumentation, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that meet customer and business objectives.
Maintenance Technician

Position Summary: proficient at operating, troubleshooting, rebuilding and repairing mechanical equipment (i.e., pumps, agitators, gear boxes, bearings, compressors, chillers, heat exchangers, etc.). The ideal candidate will have HEAVY INDUSTRIAL experience and expertise in all plant mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fluid systems.
Assembly Technician
